Like any organization the Detroit Skate Patrol has costs involved in it's running and we rely on sponsorship from local companies to keep on doing our good work. The money raised pays for all manner of things, listed below.

  • First Aid kits
  • Emergency First Aid training
  • Instruction and safety training
  • Uniforms
  • Recruitment
  • Website
  • Advertising
  • Equipment such as safety padding, wrist protectors, helmets, wheels, bearings

The list really does go on and on, and you can help us pay for all of this if you're a local company and you feel you can spare a few dollars or your services to help the local community then you may be able to help us. In return we would be more than willing to promote your company by displaying your logos on uniforms, our website, and/or advertising and at events. The more funds we can raise the more we can give to the community and you could be a part of it, if you're interested please contact our Director, Dave Pawlak. We urgently need your support, click here for contact details.

The list of current Sponsors are ...

Stay Inline
Here you can find the latest skates, clothes and accessories, as well as the knowledge that only a skater-staffed shop can offer. Not only are we metro Detroit's best neighborhood skate shop, but we've also been a premiere mail-order outlet since 1995. Feel free to call us with orders or any questions, while browsing our web site for product information!

Farmington Inline Skate Club
The Farmington Inline Skate Club or FISC is located in Farmington, Michigan, which is about 22 miles Northeast of downtown Detroit. We are the oldest inline skate club in the Detroit area dating back to 1994.

Motor City Blade Runners
We blade the streets of Detroit and surrounding suburbs nightly from mid May through mid September, weather permitting. Our weekly skates give the first time skater or the speedster the opportunity to come and skate with Detroit's only in-line skating club at a pace that is comfortable for them.
